Nutritious food, water, and proper rest are paramount to a child’s mental health and well-being. At Authentic Montessori Academy, providing healthy meals and snacks is one of our priorities.

All meals, snacks and beverages meet the recommendations set out in the Health Canada document Canada’s Food Guide.

Our facility includes a 250-square-foot kitchen with a full range of appliances for our very talented and much appreciated, Ms. Hilarine, who prepares all of our meals and snacks. She uses the best ingredients that we can provide and serves delicious, nutritious, lunches every day.

Please note that we are a nut aware facility.
