About AMA Montessori
We offer authentic Montessori education for children ages 18 months to 6 years in a caring, diverse environment. Our mission is to provide high-quality early learning rooted in respect, independence, and a love for discovery. Led by experienced, certified Montessori professionals, our classrooms empower children to develop the skills they need to succeed—not just in school, but in life.
💼 Montessori Directress – What You’ll Do:
- Create an inspiring, well-prepared Montessori environment
- Guide children using authentic Montessori materials
- Observe and assess student progress
- Communicate openly with families
- Support classroom order, joy, and discovery
- Contribute to school-wide events and community
Qualifications:
✔ AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Diploma (Casa level)
✔ First Aid/CPR Certification
✔ Criminal Reference + Vulnerable Sector Screening
💼 Montessori Co-Teacher – What You’ll Do:
✅ Nurture a safe and joyful learning environment
✅ Support child-led learning through the Montessori lens
✅ Foster independence and confidence
✅ Communicate warmly with families
✅ Collaborate with lead teachers and staff daily
Who You Are:
✔ AMI/MACTE Casa Diploma
✔ 2+ years lead or co-teaching experience
✔ Kind, energetic, and organized
✔ Fluent in English (French a bonus!)
